OUR LEGACY

With a heritage deeply rooted in the United States’ mattress industry, Grand Rapids Bedding is proud to have been in business for over 130 years. Established in 1889, the company had an active role in the design of spring mattresses that led to a partnership and creation of Spring Air. Grand Rapids Bedding remains an adaptive and inventive entity as well as a home to its 29 employees.

We take pride in building a superior product with attention to detail at every step in the production process — creating designs that break new ground, sourcing high-quality components, and assembling each mattress by hand. You’ll notice the difference right away! Come see why our bedding is the best.

Chattam & Wells

In 1996 Chattam & Wells was created as the first real American luxury product. After many years being absent in the Market, we had requests from customers in California to bring Chattam & Wells back. Now might be the right time, as the economy has recovered and customers out there are really looking for well-made luxury products.
